If you’re up for it, we will work with you and recommend some DIY projects and have a list of local vendors who can help make your property shine. By leveraging Compass Concierge you may also be eligible for an interest free loan, repaid at closing, to help with any necessary improvements.

    Our state of the art technology allows us to easily compare MLS data to identify properties that are comparable to yours. The right price for your property isn't just set by any agent or seller—it's dictated by current market conditions, which we will analyze for you. By combining this with our extensive knowledge of market trends as well as your motivation and timeline, we will discuss a pricing and listing strategy with you, helping your listing sell on your timeline and for the price you deserve.

  • Marketing

    Our exclusive Compass 3-phase marketing strategy enables us to launch your listing in three stages: as a Private Exclusive, Coming Soon, and finally on the MLS. This approach allows us to test pricing and minimize days on the market. Each of our listings benefits from professional, high-quality photography, virtual tours, floorplans and professionally printed brochures. We implement a comprehensive marketing plan that includes digital marketing, social media promotions and featuring your listing in our newsletter, reaching our extensive database of potential buyers.
